Barwon All Abilities Cricket League - Sunshine Heights Cricket Club seeking players!!!

Sunshine Heights Cricket Club is currently seeking participants of all ages for a cricket match at Balmoral Reserve, Derrimut on Sunday 30/01/2011 from 10am – 2pm as part of the Barwon All Abilities Cricket League.

All abilities cricket is open to people of all skill levels. That means if you have never played before there will be people who will help you learn all the rules to play the game. Like anything, learning something new can take a little while but that is part of the fun.  All participants will get the opportunity to bat and bowl as well enjoy a BBQ lunch at no charge.

The Barwon All Abilities Cricket League has similar rules to indoor cricket. Everyone gets the opportunity to bat for five overs, and if they are dismissed, five runs will get deducted from the total score.
